Even though it is raining outside today it is not bringing me down, my buisness is going very well! Am I the only agent that feels real bad for their buyers? I am working with two sets of buyers and they both keep running into the same things, lossing out to cash deals and they don't close any faster either! Saturday, August 8, 2009 - Going out of town
Going out of town It has been a very busy Saturday since 10:00 I have had appointments for both buying clients that last until 8:00. Must get everything set before I leave town tomorrow until Friday so it has been very very busy completing all my work, setting the week up for buyers and sellers and trying to get ready to leave. The few days away will be good time with my family and friends.

Today I went into the office at 8:30 am to meet with my seller's and go over a contract. Then I stayed in the office working on confirming my showing appointments for the evening and setting more showing appointments for Saturday, I also contacted 2 new buyers and set them up on connect MLS and hopefully they want to work with me to make their new home purchase. I have been out with all my buyers almost every night since Monday July 13 and they have found home and put offers in and have not heard anything from the listing agents. I also have contracts on 2 my listing. Life is very good!!! If I had 10 more hours in the day I would still need more.
