Been a real busy week new listing, setting up for client appreciation party on August 27th 6:30 to 7:30 at the Brownstone. Now time for date nite with my husband. Have a good evening.

We have a deal ! My buyers have a signed contract  for the Farwell property all is going great I so happy for them!

Going out of town It has been a very busy Saturday since 10:00 I have had appointments for both buying clients that last until 8:00. Must get everything set before I leave town tomorrow until Friday so it has been very very busy completing all my work, setting the week up for buyers and sellers and trying to get ready to leave. The few days away will be good time with my family and friends.

Busy week trying to get all my clients set up with showings and finalizing all the up and coming closings on my sold listings. work work work :-)

Another nice day in Chicago. Sending in an offer for my clients to purchase their first new single family home. They are so excited, I sure hope they get it. Taking out some of my other buyers today which I also hope we can put that same smile of excitement on their face.

Its a beautiful sunny day. I went to church this morning with my husband and all my girls and now I'm on the way to show my buyers three listings.

Its Saturday morning Im out and about doing a showing at 2424 W Grace.

Today I went into the office at 8:30 am to meet with my seller's and go over a contract. Then I stayed in the office working on confirming my showing appointments for the evening and setting more showing appointments for Saturday, I also contacted 2 new buyers and set them up on connect MLS and hopefully they want to work with me to make their new home purchase. Sudler Sotherby's bought pizza for the agents in the office so I didn't have to stop working which I thought was very nice. I finally ... Full Article...
