I have been out with all my buyers almost every night since Monday July 13 and they have found home and put offers in and have not heard anything from the listing agents. I also have contracts on 2 my listing. Life is very good!!!  If I had 10 more hours in the day I would still need more.

Taking other buyers out today to show them many properties. Crossing my fingers for them so we find a great place!

We put in an offer for my buyers last night. I sure hope they get it. They are excited.

Early morning busy taking my mom to eye doctor. All seem to go well. Now trying to get my closing set for Thursday
