I took my buyers out yesterday and tried to get into a house to show it and didn't get in again but we are to see it on Friday (we got the green light), the other homes we seen are a No Go! My Brokers open at 1469 W. Winona was very good I had 5 agent through and after my brokers open I had a second showing at Winona. In the evening I took one set of my buyers out and we seen 2 home and both where very nice the 1st was better till we got to the basement (water) taking them out again on Thursday.

Took out new buyers yesterday to Albany Pk, Mayfair and Irving Pk looking for single family homes.

Getting ready for open house at 1469 W Winona today at 12:30 until 2:30.

Last Sunday I meet some new buyers a very nice couple whom called me yesterday to represent them and today Im taking them out on appointments for a new home.

4546 N Albany has lowered its price from $214,900 to $209,900  What a great price on a great unit in a great location. COME CHECK IT OUT!
