Having had a long and busy week between the Holiday parties, Christmas shopping and mostly my business with clients both sellers and buyers. We had one bungalow property closing for Luke and Georgia(Congratulations). We unfortunately had one deal for a new home purchase fall apart because of false information on what we thought was a short sale but the bank had already sold it to a middle man company and did not reveal this so they were just trying to flip the property, which is not allowed by FHA. So my clients and I will just have to find a better home at a better price! I have four showings set up for them to see today. I will be signing up some new listings this coming week one being a single family home at 2127 S 11th Avenue in Maywood Park, IL another is a condo at a building I had the full listing in 2003-2005 and sold about 100 units and this is one of the clients that purchased with me and now wants to sell! The biggest news is that the promotion and plans for a kick off party are to be arranged this week for my new listing on North LaSalle which also is 100 units and it has 97 great starting studio units, perfect area close to the lake, lime light of Rush street, minutes away from downtown loop and great transportation to all universities and schools in the area.
