Even though it is raining outside today it is not bringing me down, my buisness is going very well! My buyers are buying and I am waiting to hear if my one buyer has gotten the home that they put an offer on (Not a short sale or forclosure) and it all looks good for them so far. I am also get appointment requests for my listings so I have a very busy weekend with my showings. I think this time of the year is good because the serious buyers are out looking and are ready to put an offer in. This time of the year I am always busy, I am always ready to show my listings at any time and I do all my showing I never put a lockbox on my listings that is what the seller is paying me to sell their home not just slap a lockbox on their home.
