I took my buyers out yesterday and tried to get into a house to show it and didn't get in again but we are to see it on Friday (we got the green light), the other homes we seen are a No Go! I am taking other buyers out tonight and hopefully these are nice homes with no issues.
On Sunday June 28th I have 2 open houses:
1.) 1469 W. Winona (Andersonville) Chicago with 2 bedrooms 1.1 baths with garage parking listed for $375,000. the open house is from 12:30 to 2:30

2.) 4546 N. Albany (Ravenswood Manor) Chicago with 2 bedrooms 1 bath with wood burning fireplace listed for $209,900. the open house is from 2:00 to 4:00
