Work Ethics

In this tough market of real estate I feel I’m doing very well and it mostly has to do with communication constantly speaking to all my buyers and sellers. Even for leisure talk other than business. I have strong basic ideas and strategies to make your schedule work for you. I want my clients to know that I care and they are going to be totally satisfied with their purchase or sale. I never ever push my clients I always explain how this is a very big decision and you have to live with it, think about it, make sure, before we write any contracts. I want you to be happy and joyous telling all the great times we had while finding or selling your properties. For this reasoning all your friends and relatives as well as yourself will contact me time and time again. This has always been my thoughts even in this doggy dog world of real estate. Be honest and thoughtful as if I were personally buying or selling this property. What is good and what is bad? Always be aware that there are many many homes on the market so keep a list as you are looking! What you like in each home even though it’s not the one because eventually that list will be the one new home you buy.
Don’t get me wrong I do put in lots of hours, but I enjoy what I do, seeing the excitement in people getting the keys to there new property or the relief and happiness that it has been sold. Use the internet (good), use the phone (good), Always meet in person (great)!
